Buying questions

How long until we see value?

Weeks. Deployment is phased, and the first phase is chosen to be visible:
real questions answered on your real data, or a real workflow taken off your
team's hands. You see it working before you commit further. The full
pattern is deliberate: start with one use case, prove it, expand because you
want to. You will never be paying for something you have not already seen
working.

Do we have to replace or modify anything?

No. OGVI is a modernization layer, not a migration. Your ERP and your other
systems stay, unmodified, doing what they do well. The twenty years of
business logic your team built into them is an asset OGVI learns, not a
liability OGVI replaces. Competitors spending years and millions on ERP
migrations end up with what their old system already did, behind a newer
interface. You end up with capabilities no off-the-shelf system offers.

What does it cost?

Pricing is value-based and scoped to your deployment, so it is a
conversation, not a rate card. The posture is simple and firm: unlimited
users and unlimited usage, because a tool meant to run your day should never
be rationed. No per-seat fees. Support included. Everything in the quote,
nothing hidden, annual adjustments capped. Where an engagement includes a
build, payments tie to delivered milestones, and the subscription starts only
after the first phase is live.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Always. Your data, your documents, the tools built for you, and the
complete knowledge of how your business runs are yours, exportable any day of
the relationship, no permission needed. Portability is continuous, not an
exit event.

What happens if we leave?

You leave with everything of yours: all data, all content, all documents, in
open formats, plus human-readable specifications of your workflows and rules
so any successor can carry them forward. No hostages. We believe the reason
to stay should be what OGVI does next month, never what it holds captive.

Is it secure?

Security is architecture, not policy. Each customer's data lives in its own
isolated database with hard walls between organizations, enforced in the
platform's design and adversarially tested. Access is controlled by your
organization: your accounts, your roles. Data is encrypted in transit and at
rest. Actions OGVI takes in your systems are logged and auditable, and
consequential actions require human confirmation. Your data is not used to
train models for anyone else. It is used for exactly one thing: serving your
company.

Can we trust the answers?

This is the question that matters most, and it is the one OGVI is built
around. Every number in an answer is verified against the results of the
actual underlying data before it reaches you. Answers cite their sources.
When OGVI is uncertain, it says so. When a workflow hits a case that needs
human judgment, OGVI stops and asks instead of guessing. In customer
verification, OGVI's answers have matched the source system to the dollar.

Do our people need training?

No. That is the point. If someone can ask a colleague a question, they can
use OGVI, from day one, by text or voice, on any device. Your team still
knows your business processes. They just stop needing to know which screen,
which module, and which export hides the answer.

What can it actually do besides answer questions?

Execute. OGVI generates and distributes purchase orders, receives
containers, runs scheduled reports, operates legacy screens, builds
dashboards and tools on request, and watches the numbers you tell it to
watch. Anything with consequences runs behind a confirmation: OGVI proposes,
you approve, it executes.

Who should sponsor this internally?

The person who owns the pain: usually the owner, president, or the operations
or IT leader who knows exactly how much the current setup costs the team.
Successful deployments pair that sponsor's business judgment with our
engineering. There are no offshore implementation teams and no layers of
project management. You work directly with the people who build the product.

How do we start?

Pick the question you most wish you could ask your business, or the workflow
your team most dreads. That becomes the first use case. We connect to the
relevant systems, OGVI learns your environment, and you judge the result on
your own data. Small start, fast proof, expansion at your pace.
