Chapter 1: Understanding OGVI

What is OGVI?
OGVI is an AI Operating Layer: software that sits above a company's existing
systems and gives every employee one conversational interface to the whole

What problem does OGVI solve?

Does OGVI replace our ERP?
No. Your ERP keeps executing core operations, and the decades of business
logic inside it are preserved, not migrated. OGVI wraps it: modern
interface, plain-language answers, automated workflows, capabilities the ERP

Does OGVI replace our CRM, WMS, MES, or PLM?
No. Systems of record keep their jobs. OGVI connects them, resolves the
same customers, orders, and items across them, and answers questions no

Does OGVI replace dashboards and BI?
It replaces the waiting. Existing dashboards can stay. The difference is

What powers OGVI?
The OGVI engine: the intelligence layer we build and operate, combining

workflows. We do not discuss vendor internals, deliberately. What matters

How does OGVI understand our company?
During onboarding, OGVI teaches itself your environment: what each system
contains, how your company's vocabulary maps to it, and how your numbers must
be computed to be correct. That knowledge deepens with use. No two OGVI
deployments are alike, because no two companies are.

How does OGVI avoid AI hallucination?
Architecture, not hope. Every figure in an answer is verified against the
results of the actual data query before it reaches you. Answers reference
their sources. When OGVI is not certain, it says so. When a workflow hits a
case needing judgment, it stops and asks a human.

Does OGVI work with our on-premises and legacy systems?
Yes. OGVI connects to on-premises databases, desktop-era ERPs, AS/400-class
environments, and systems with no integration surface at all, where OGVI
operates the actual screens. The OGVI platform itself is operated by us as a
service, so your team runs nothing new.

Does OGVI require APIs?
No. API, database, synced warehouse, or screen-level operation: OGVI uses
whatever your systems offer, including nothing but a login.

Chapter 4: Integrations

Which systems can OGVI connect to?
The ones you have. Modern ERPs and platforms, niche vertical ERPs, legacy
desktop systems, e-commerce, CRMs, warehouse and production systems, document

Can OGVI connect to multiple ERPs at once?
Yes. Multiple systems, one brain. OGVI resolves the same real-world
customers, orders, and items across systems into one graph, so employees ask
about the business, not about a database.

How long does integration take?
Weeks, not quarters. Onboarding produces knowledge about your company rather
than piles of custom code, which is what keeps it fast and keeps it getting
faster. Deployments are phased: a focused, high-value first phase, then
expansion on proof.

Chapter 5: Security and governance

How is our data protected?
Each customer's data lives in its own isolated database. The walls between
organizations are architectural, fail-closed, and adversarially tested.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by your
organization through accounts and roles you govern.

Can another OGVI customer ever see our data?
No. Isolation between organizations is absolute, enforced by the platform's
design, and tested with adversarial cross-tenant attempts as part of our
engineering discipline.

Is our data used to train AI for others?
No. Your data serves exactly one purpose: your deployment.

Who controls access?
Your organization. Accounts, roles, and permissions are administered per
deployment, and OGVI's actions in your systems are logged and auditable.

Does a person stay in control of actions?
Yes, structurally. Consequential actions, anything that writes, sends, or
commits, run behind a confirmation gate: OGVI proposes, a person approves,
OGVI executes, and the execution is logged. Reading and answering are free;
consequences require a human yes.

Chapter 6: Daily use

How do employees use OGVI day to day?
They ask, in the words they would use with a colleague: what changed this
week, which orders are at risk, why is this customer down. They ask by text
or voice, on any device. Recurring needs become scheduled deliveries.
Mornings start with OGVI's briefing of what actually needs attention.

Do employees need training?
No. If they can ask a question, they can use OGVI on day one. The learning
curve was the old world's price; eliminating it is the product.

Can executives use it?
Executives are often the heaviest users: the morning briefing, ask-anything
analytics, meeting prep that assembles itself, and a whole-company view no
single system ever gave them.

Can users verify OGVI's answers?
Yes. Answers arrive with their sources, and the numbers have already been
checked against the underlying data before display. Trust is verifiable,
not requested.

What does a typical day look like?
The briefing lands before work. Questions get asked and answered all day, in
chat and by voice. Purchase orders, reports, and receiving runs execute in

Can OGVI actually execute work?
Yes. Generating and emailing purchase orders, receiving containers on a
no-API ERP, producing documents in seconds, running scheduled reports,
watching thresholds, operating legacy screens end to end. Execution is the
point. Analysis alone was the last era.

How does OGVI learn a workflow?
By doing it. OGVI works through a workflow once with full attention, then
runs it reliably at speed thereafter, and it is trusted with the fast path

What happens when automation hits an unclear case?

Will OGVI replace our employees?
